Thermal Oxidation Deposits Tester
I. Introduction:
High-Temperature Oxidation Deposits Tester is used for thermo-oxidation engine oil simulation test.This test method covers the procedure to determine the mass of deposit formed on a specially constructed test rod exposed to repetitive passage of 8.5 g of engine oil over the rod in a thin film under oxidative and catalytic conditions at 285 °C.
II. Main Features
1. This instrument can fully replace imported equivalent products.
2. All key components are imported, including temperature controller, deposition rod, gear pump, flow sensor and other core parts.
3. Presettable working time; the instrument will stop automatically after test completion.
4. Supporting optional accessory installation to meet test requirements of ASTM D6335 and SH/T0750 standards.
5. Equipped with catalytic magnetic mixing device with adjustable mixing time and mixing speed.
6. Built-in automatic electronic flow controller to stably and accurately control gas flow rate at 10ml±0.2ml/min.
7. Full parameter setting is completed via touch screen, and one-click test start is available after parameter configuration.
